THE PRESENCE
I guess I am ready to write a little about the presence that was in my home, which I tolerated for about 2 days, before finally bolting from my home to the nearest church on April 11, 2013.

WHAT KIND OF PRESENCE? A SUPERNATURAL PRESENCE.

I am not going to go into great detail at this point on what led up to the presence, because everything has pretty much already been recorded in these pages … one simply needs to go back in the history of this page until you get to a post with a graphic that says “Today is a Powerful Day,” then start reading chronologically.

If you do the chronological reading, you will see the details of the 1st four items below; but here is a summary of all events, that have taken place since late March, early April:
1. I saw an Angel.
2. I encountered a messenger of Satan.
3. The Holy Spirit spoke to me, and told me to claim a
soul that belonged to God.
4. The Holy Spirit gave me a message to give to another Christian.
5. God Himself, spoke to me.
6. I was visited, by a Presence; it was not a hostile presence per se, but it seemed too concerned with worldly things to be of God, and it frightened me, so at the first opportunity, I gathered up all of the physical evidence (including my computer hard drive) and bolted from my house to the nearest church.
7. As I got to the end of the driveway, ‘something’ grabbed my ankle (lightly) but firm enough to cause my ankle to twist and me to fall to the ground. (I am sure this would have been a hilarious scene, for an outside observer – I know I would have been ROTFL if I had been an outside observer … but these things are not funny when it is happening to you . )
8. As I approached the Church, I rationalized that my situation was one of three things:

a. Someone was playing a VERY SOPHISTICATED trick on me. (I had 3 suspects, but they are just not that sophisticated); as a computer professional I know there is software that can be used to control someone else’s computer because help desks use the software all of the time. However I don’t know of any technology that allows a person to cause another to hear someone ‘audibly speaking inside their head,’ so I thought someone may have been attempting some sort of voodoo mind control, which I don’t believe in, but as a human, yes I am going to look for logical explanations first, before I move to a spiritual explanation, But the real problem, regarding an explanation, was the fact that something was stuck in my shoulder blade causing discomfort, when I was the only one in the room;

OR

b. I was CRAZY, you know … hearing voices, watching my computer operate itself … the whole 9 yards;

OR
c. God Himself actually spoke to me, followed by the Holy Spirit teaching me, and then this Presence coming and sticking something in my shoulder blade that was VERY uncomfortable, and which forced me to sit at my computer, while I watched my computer being manipulated by someone other than me.

Unfortunately, though …even though I went to SIX Churches seeking help, no church was equipped to help me. So I took a hotel room because I was afraid to go home. I ended up calling the police THREE times that day! The third time I called the police, I was handcuffed and taken to a mental facility for observation. They did CAT scan of my head, blood work and urine analysis was conducted; I was observed for 5 days, and I was let go because there was nothing wrong with me mentally or physically. I was not diagnosed as being crazy, no medicine was prescribed to me, and I was let out of the hospital. The craziest thing I had done was to be fool enough to tell the police the truth of what happened.

Now a couple of weeks ago ~ April 16th, 2013; I sent flowers and a thank you to Bank of America, and I posted my gratitude here on this Facebook page; because I was two hours away from home and had no way to get home and Bank of America allowed me to withdraw $150 with no identification, so I could buy an Amtrak ticket. Because unfortunately, my ordeal had caused me to be located at a hospital 2 hours away from my home, with no phone, $30 and that was not enough money to get home.

But I am telling you this story, not because this is one of the ‘Adventures’ I wanted to share … I am telling you this story because I want you to think about your ‘FAITH’ and what it means to be a Christian.

So this article is really just a prelude to an article that I am writing on Christian Faith, entitled “WHEN GOD COMES KNOCKING AT YOUR DOOR, WHAT WILL BE YOUR FAITH?”

I saw how bent out of shape some people got because I wrote an article with information taught to me by the Holy Spirit and backed-up by scripture entitled “Did You Know That Satan Worked For God?’ But because some people are entrenched in ego, pride, and false teachings, they prefer to attack me than to accept The Truth. But guess what? I would prefer to give you this advanced warning now and though you might initially reject it, you still have time to mull it over and accept it … I would rather that, then Jesus show up tomorrow and you be condemned for lack of faith. Because without faith, you have no place with God. “And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.” Hebrews 11:6 (NIV)

God has told us that he will stand at our door and knock. “ Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with me. To the one who is victorious, I will give the right to sit with me on my throne, just as I was victorious and sat down with my Father on his throne. Whoever has ears, let them hear what the Spirit says to the churches.” (Revelation 3:20-22).

My question to you tonight is … Do you believe Him? or is the Bible telling a lie?

I would venture to say that most Christians DO NOT believe that God would ever stand in Spirit or in flesh and knock at their door. I would venture to say that most Christians believe that the ‘knocking at the door’ is a theoretical knock, like a light tapping in our spirit; or a pounding fist of adversity which causes us to turn our focus toward Him.

But what if He is planning an ACTUAL knock? Would you be prepared? What would you do if a black woman in a business suit showed up at your door and said she was a messenger for Jesus Christ? This is a rhetorical question; I really just want you to think about it? What do you envision the second coming of Jesus to be like? You really need to think about this.

Christians run around all the time quoting the bible about Jesus’ return. But I am wondering how many Christians would actually believe it were Jesus if He showed up in the flesh at the door.

How will society treat Jesus? Do you think our society is ready for Jesus’ return. When Jesus returns, if He came in human form, do you think He would be locked up in a mental facility for claiming to be Jesus and speaking to God the Father? I think so! Because our society is not ready for Jesus’ return and neither is the Church, the Body of Christ; nor the individual members of the Body.

My stay at the mental facility enlightened me and was very educational; I had never been in one before. I met a 20 year old girl there who had a 4-year-old son and she had tried to commit suicide because she felt life was hopeless. She told me she felt that God had arranged for me to meet with her and speak with her. I tried to encourage her because she reminded me so much of me (minus the suicide), because when I was 20 years old, I had a 4-year-old child.

I met a man who was there because his heart stopped and he said he had seen the ‘After Life;’ Another man was there because he said he went out at night to meet up with the antichrist; and of course, I was there because God had spoken to me, the Holy Spirit Taught Me and then a Presence came, stuck something in my shoulder blade and scared me. So God’s people are being locked up in mental facilities, because they talk about their spiritual experience , or they are there because they have lost hope.

So what needs to take place in the Body of Christ to ensure that when Jesus arrives He will not be locked up in a mental facility, and believers like you and me will not be locked up in a mental facility because we dare say that we saw Jesus and He spoke to us? What needs to happen, so that Christians are not attacking each other because one said “God gave me a message to give my Brothers and Sisters?”

IMPROVED CHRISTIAN EDUCATION
One thing that is needed is improvement in Christian Education. I might still be scared of the Presence if it weren’t for the fact that I have faith in God and my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and I trust the Holy Spirit. For, the Holy Spirit has been present, talking and teaching me throughout my entire life. It was the Holy Spirit that told me that my experience was His purpose. You see, I ran to SIX Christian Churches looking for help, and because it was a weekday morning …. Five of the six were closed. The one that was open, was not equipped to address or explain the phenomena. So if Jesus had arrived on THAT day, we most certainly was NOT READY! But I thank God, in the name of Jesus, for the Holy Spirit. Because it was the Holy Spirit, not the Church that helped me to embrace the experience instead of fear it. The Holy Spirit pointed me to scripture, that every Christian Church should be familiar with; to help others … and there will be others … handle such an experience.
“Now the Spirit of the Lord departed from Saul, and a harmful spirit from the Lord tormented him. “ 1 Samuel 16:14 ESV

“So to keep me from becoming conceited because of the surpassing greatness of the revelations, a thorn was given me in the flesh, a messenger of Satan to harass me, to keep me from becoming conceited. ” -2 Corinthians 12:7 ESV.

So, even though most Christians are expecting a theoretical knock “Here I am! I stand at the door and knock …”(Revelation 3:20); Strengthen your Faith, so you are prepared for an in-person visit.

“And these words that I command you today shall be on your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise” (Deuteronomy 6:6-7).

Without faith, you will mock, despise, scoff, kill, flog, chase, and challenge why God would speak to someone other than you; and like Miriam (Numbers 12:1-10) you will be punished.

“But they mocked God’s messengers, despised his words and scoffed at his prophets until the wrath of the LORD was aroused against his people and there was no remedy.” 2 Chronicles 36:16

“Therefore, I am sending you prophets and wise men and teachers of religious law. But you will kill some by crucifixion, and you will flog others with whips in your synagogues, chasing them from city to city.” Matthew 23:34

NUMBERS 12:1-10
12 1-2 Miriam and Aaron talked against Moses behind his back because of his Cushite wife (he had married a Cushite woman). They said, “Is it only through Moses that GOD speaks? Doesn’t he also speak through us?”

GOD overheard their talk.

3-8 Now the man Moses was a quietly humble man, more so than anyone living on Earth. GOD broke in suddenly on Moses and Aaron and Miriam saying, “Come out, you three, to the Tent of Meeting.” The three went out. GOD descended in a Pillar of Cloud and stood at the entrance to the Tent. He called Aaron and Miriam to him. When they stepped out, he said,

Listen carefully to what I’m telling you.
If there is a prophet of GOD among you,
I make myself known to him in visions,
I speak to him in dreams.
But I don’t do it that way with my servant Moses;
he has the run of my entire house;
I speak to him intimately, in person,
in plain talk without riddles:
He ponders the very form of GOD.
So why did you show no reverence or respect
in speaking against my servant, against Moses?

9 The anger of GOD blazed out against them. And then he left.
10 When the Cloud moved off from the Tent, oh! Miriam had turned leprous, her skin like snow. Aaron took one look at Miriam—a leper!” (Numbers 12:1-10)

So I am sharing this story with you today because I want you to think about your faith, what it means to be a Christian, and whether or not you are prepared for the second coming of Jesus?’

“ But understand this: If the owner of the house had known at what time of night the thief was coming, he would have kept watch and would not have let his house be broken into. “So you also must be ready, because the Son of Man will come at an hour when you do not expect him.” – Matthew 24:43-44 (NIV)
